I've never worked with a Turbo engine, but from what I've read on this site, trying to tune a turbo with a NB - especially with smaller injectors - is a recipe for a slagged engine! Simply changing the injector size in the req-fuel calculated will do a lot of the work, but you'll still need to get the dead time right for a good idle and mid-range.

If I remember the old tune, it was around 12.8 to 14 AFR during normal driving, and at WOT it would drop into the low 11's. Then screw it in back about 11 turns. 4) Screw in the A/F mixture screw until it stops (do not force tighten) 5) Screw out the A/F mixture screw 2 full turns. 6) Start the damn car. 6. Set your injector size setting in your tuning software to the new injectors' published flow rate/size. 7. Hold the throttle steady at 3,000 rpm and adjust the "injector size" setting higher or lower until you reach the same air/fuel ratio that you wrote down in step 3 above. Adjust the injector size lower to richen/increase fuel.
Just tune the engine so it's running in the 13.5 - 14.7 range most of the time, and don't fret over it. As I told you earlier, it's normal for the ratios to change day to day, even hour by hour, due to climatic changes and engine temps.
