Trsteno Arboretum. Trsteno is a small settlement which is located only 24 kilometres (15 miles) north-west of Dubrovnik. It is easy to get there in some 20 minutes by one of the regular busses connecting Dubrovnik with the Dubrovnik coastland. This settlement hosts one of the oldest and most beautiful Arboretums in the whole region. Since 2011 Dubrovnik has played a big part as setting and location for the filming of Game of thrones in all seasons so far.
