The least reliable Ford's are arguably the Focus and Fiesta, but their other vehicles, like the F150 and the Explorer and Escape aren't really that reliable as well, primarily the Explorer. The only Ford I like is the Mustang, and this is coming from a Toyota fanboy too. 1. Winter-Monitor-1071.
Fiestas are very good cars, and I have one as my first car. This one appears to be a very basic spec (no bluetooth, no cruise control, Probably doesn't have the heated windscreen either). If you know you want a Fiesta in that price bracket maybe look at the MK7 pre-facelift but in a higher spec, whereas this is a MK7 Facelift in a low spec.

I think the majority of folk bought an ST2. ST 200's were selling for £19k new at my local dealership when the new fiestas were announced. Would have picked one up if not for the insane insurance rates. ST-3s were around £23k new at my dealership too, ST-2s at about £21k before the new fiesta was announced.
Hi, is the Ford Fiesta 2019 a good car? I'd like some reviews from people who own it for at least a couple of years if possible. I'd appreciate some detailed reviews, including things to be on the lookout for and maybe the most common things that tend to break down. Vote. 1 comment.
I grew up in the 1970s and 1980s, and my parents always preferred European cars to American cars. So growing up, instead of Buicks and Fords, we had Audi, Renault, Peugeot, Morris, MGs, VWs, Fiats and Opels. Most of these brands left the US in the 1980s. My Dad was a car lover, so we always had 3 or 4 cars at a time.
Regular cars from ford are shit, but they make good trucks and SUVs… except for the escape and ecosport. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a ranger or f150, but I would hesitate to buy a fiesta or escape.
Ford recommend every 10 years or 150k miles, but the number of stories of engines failing catastrophically around 5-8 years due to shreds of the belt blocking the oil pickup worries me (as a big Fiesta fan)
Only buy a Fiesta with the manual unless you want a guaranteed transmission replacement. If you really want a Fiesta like car get the Mazda 2, as it's essentially the same car but with a more reliable transmission.
This engine used to be a fiesta option for something like $1500, but Ford dropped it. Ecosports come with 4 wheel disk brakes (fiestas come with rear drums), alloy wheels (fiesta comes with steel standard), cruise control and trailer tow package.
